Eligible Purchase(s)

Purchases made with a Valid Account using PayPal QR code functionality at participating CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice (“Eligible Purchases”). Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) any purchase made through PayPal checkout (the PayPal button), not using PayPal QR code functionality, (2) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a “Goods and Services” payments), not using PayPal QR code functionality, (3) charitable donations, (4) purchases made using PayPal.me, (5) PayPal Cash Mastercard®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard®, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard®, PayPal Extras Mastercard®, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®, purchases directly and not through a QR code purchase using a Valid Account; and (6) purchases made in any other currency than USD. If an Eligible Purchase is refunded, results in a failed capture, or otherwise does not complete during the Campaign Period, that Eligible Purchase will not qualify for discount offer.


How it Works

During the Campaign Period, Eligible Participants must make their first Eligible Purchase of $xx USD or more to discount $xx USD. Discount offer will be deducted to the Eligible Participant’s Valid purchase immediately upon making an Eligible Purchase. There is a limit of one (1) discount offer per Valid Account per day. 


Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion will end on 11:59 p.m. ET on February 26, 2022, or while the funding lasts, whichever comes first.

  1. Available at participating Coco Fresh Tea & Juice -Main St Flushing Store locations only with a total of 1000 redemptions available. 

  2. Transactions must be made in-person consumer QR code transactions and made at a Citcon merchant store location.

  3. Limit of one (1) discount offer per Valid Account per day

  4. Coco Fresh Tea & Juice -Main St Flushing Store restaurant must provide efficient marketing and media resources to promote the campaign. All credit card, cash, digital wallet transactions and sales data will be requested to provide during February 13, 2022 to March 5, 2020 daily for review and marketing purposes.

  5. Purchases must comply with any other terms and conditions communicated to the user by PayPal & Venmo.

  1. Citcon USA LLC reserves the right to request xx restaurant to provide transaction authenticity proof.

  2. A Valid Account must remain in good standing from the time of participation through discount fulfillment, as determined in Citcon USA LLC’s sole discretion. Citcon USA LLC may provide an alternate discount of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the discount. Citcon USA LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. Citcon USA LLC is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, or offer-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s email address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to Citcon USA LLC. Citcon USA LLC reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay or reverse completion of the discount. Offer is void where prohibited or if Eligible Participant’s account or transaction are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way. Offer is not transferable. Participation is subject to the PayPal User Agreement. Any questions relating to the offer will be resolved in Citcon USA LLC’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding.
